Our Food Safety and HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) programs are thorough and consistent, and are reviewed annually by third party auditing organizations and individual customers. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) of micro-analysis conducted by individual laboratories can be provided for each product lot. Every lot of finished product is traced by Anacapa Foods until the time it’s shipped or delivered to the customer.
